'invisible' tags

Description

I would appreciate having tags that are not displayed in the tag line and in the tag cloud.

The rational behind is that I use them to mark in my bilingual blog english posts with 'en' and the german ones with 'de' to create a feed for each language.

In my very _personal_ opinion I would like to hide these kind of tags.

You could solve that by using custom templates.
